MENDIOLA holds baccalaureate degrees in Business Administration (1981) and in Law (1986), both from the University of the Philippines.  He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1987.  He was an ACCRA Associate from February 1987, and Senior Associate from 1991 to 1992.  He joined QUISUMBING TORRES & EVANGELISTA in 1992.  Mr. Mendiola specializes in civil, corporate and criminal litigation, as well as in alternative dispute resolution.
