MR. RUY ALBERTO S. RONDAIN was graduated by the University of the Philippines with the degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 1981, and Bachelor of Laws in 1985.  He was also conferred a Master of Laws degree by Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, in 1991.  Mr. Rondain was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1986.  He was an Associate at ACCRA from January 1986, and Senior Associate from 1989 to 1992.  He was a Foreign Attorney at HINCKLEY ALLEN SNYDER & COMEN, Providence, RI, in the Summer and Fall of 1991.  Mr. Rondain specializes in civil and corporate litigation, and has extensive experience in Libel Law, white-collar crime, capital offense, graft, and other complex litigation.
